BSSC Senior Cadre Forming 2026 was successfully held on 13-14 June 2026 with the theme “The Next Chapter Begins With Us”. The event was designed as a leadership development platform for BINUS Square Student Committee (BSSC) 16th Presidency activists, providing them with opportunities to learn, grow, strengthen relationships with one another, and prepare themselves to become future leaders of the organization as part of the regeneration process of BSSC.

Before the event started, participants were asked to complete the entry ticket to confirm their attendence. The event officially began with an opening session hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC). During the session, participants were invited to sing the BSSC March together, followed by an opening prayer and a briefing on the event regulations. This was followed by welcoming remarks from Stephanie Alexandria Murtopo, as the Project Manager of BSSC Senior Cadre Forming 2026 and Yonggara Halim Senata, as the Chairman of BSSC 16th Presidency. Through their remarks, participants were introduced to the purpose of the event and encouraged to actively engage throughout the program.
After the opening session, the committee distributed the Insight Enrichment to all participants. Throughout the event, participants were expected to complete the template by recording important points, reflections, and insights gained from each speaker’s presentation. This activity was designed to encourage active participation and deeper engagement with the materials delivered.

The first material session, “Personal Branding,” was delivered by Samson Ndruru, a lecturer at BINUS University. This session focused on the importance of personal branding and how individuals can intentionally shape the way they are perceived by others. Participants were encouraged to identify their strengths, values, and unique qualities in order to build an authentic personal identity. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, allowing participants to further explore the concepts discussed and relate them to their own personal development journeys. A certificate of appreciation was presented to the speaker in recognition of his valuable contribution and willingness to share his knowledge with the participants.

After a short break, participants attended the second material session, “Strategic Management,” presented by Vito Christian Giovanni, Chairman of BSSC 8th Presidency. The session introduced participants to strategic planning, project management, and effective decision-making. Through practical examples and experiences, participants were encouraged to develop a structured approach to managing projects, achieving goals, and maximizing efficiency in both organizational and personal contexts. The session was followed by another Q&A segment, where participants actively engaged with the speaker and shared their perspectives. After the session concluded, a certificate and merchandise were presented to the speaker as a token of appreciation for sharing his valuable knowledge and experiences with the participants. Following the Strategic Management session, participants submitted their Day 1 Insight Enrichment forms and completed an evaluation form before the first day officially concluded.

The second day of the event began with an opening session by the MC and welcoming remarks from the Manager of Student Support Office (SSO) BINUS Square, Aditia Perdana. During the remarks, participants were encouraged to embrace leadership opportunities and prepare themselves to become the next generation of BSSC leaders. Following the welcoming remarks, the committee distributed the Insight Enrichment forms to reinforce participants’ understanding of the topics discussed in day 2.

Participants then attended the third material session, “Regeneration,” delivered by Cecilia Astri, representative from Student Involvement Center (SIC) BINUS University. This session focused on the importance of organizational regeneration. Participants were introduced to several key factors that contribute to a successful regeneration process. Through this session, participants were encouraged to reflect on their potential contributions to the organization and prepare themselves for future leadership opportunities within BSSC. The session concluded with a question-and-answer discussion, followed by the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to the speaker in recognition of her contribution to the event.

The fourth material session, “GOG: Good Organization Governance,” was presented by Muhammad Raziva Ramza Aziz, Student Organization Advisor (SOA) of BSSC. The session focused on the importance of upholding organizational rules, ethics, and good governance practices within student organizations. Through case examples and discussions, participants learned how to identify situations that may involve ethical or procedural violations and distinguish between actions that align with organizational regulations and those that do not. The session was concluded with an interactive quiz to test the participants’ understanding about the discussion. A certificate of appreciation was also presented to the speaker for his contribution to the event.
Following the completion of the material sessions, participants submitted their Insight Enrichment forms for day 2. After the submission session, the Chairman of BSSC delivered an announcement regarding the Chairman Candidate Training Program (CCTP). The program was introduced as a development and preparation platform for participants who are interested in nominating themselves as candidates for the next Chairman of BSSC.

Following the announcement, participants joined the Division Session, where they gathered with their respective division managers. This session provided an opportunity for participants to engage in discussions, share their experiences and aspirations, and gain a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and expectations within each division. Through these interactions, participants were able to strengthen their connections with division managers while exploring how they could contribute more effectively to the organization in the future.

The event then proceeded to the closing session, where participants were thanked for their active participation throughout the two-day program. Before the event officially concluded, participants completed an evaluation form to provide feedback on their learning experience and the overall implementation of the event. The program concluded with a documentation session involving participants, speakers, and committee members, marking the successful completion of BSSC Senior Cadre Forming 2026.
