Seminar 1 BSSC “Craft Your Future, Now!”
On December 17th, 2016, the BSSC Human Resource & Development (HRD) division held Seminar 1 for all internal members of BSSC. The purpose of Seminar 1 BSSC“Craft Your Future, Now!” is to maximize the self-potential of participants in order to be confident, strong, responsible and have good communication skills which can be used as additional supplies in their professional working field when the competition is getting harder and tighter. The speaker for this Seminar 1 was Mr. Oeinarto. He is an alumnus of BSSC who has entered the world of professional and wanted to share his experiences through this opportunity.
In this seminar, Mr. Oeinarto was discussing about his tips and tricks on how dealing with busy schedule and organization’s tasks that he faced during his time in BSSC. His experiences were mostly about how we can adapt and face various challenges, manage people and situations during events and the whole organization itself especially in BSSC which members came from many regions; with difference characteristics and personalities.
The results of the questionnaires showed that Seminar 1“Craft Your Future, Now!”received a good response from the participants. Total results of satisfaction and interest of participants with the material that presented by Mr. Oeinarto was up to 92.8%. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants during the question and answer (Q&A) session with Mr. Oeinarto. Moreover, there was also a great hype when the MC gave the opportunity for participants to summarize the whole material. Participants also agreed that the seminar was delivered with relax atmosphere and lively interaction so it was easier for them to catch up with the content. After the participants attended Seminar 1, it is expected that they will be able to develop their abilities and skills to organize themselves, people, and situations especially when they are in BSSC and when they step into the world of professionalism.
