Rainy season is usually a big problem for most people. During this season, the weather is unpredictable and can lead to some troubles which dry season doesn’t have. 1. Protect yourself from dirty water

Clogged gutters and dirty puddles are a common sight during rainy season. Unfortunately, they are sources of water-borne diseases like diarrhea, influenza, cholera and fungal skin infections.

The best way is to avoid those puddles spot, find alternative way to reach your destination. If that’s not a possibility, then pass through that way very carefully and with eyes to that spot, the most important thing is not to step on it.

2. Don’t go on empty stomach

One of the biggest reason of why we catch some disease is because our immunity weakens and that happens when we have not filling enough food to our body.

Thus, the solution is to eat frequently and in a timely manner.

3. Drink some warm beverages

Try to drink some warm drinks. Since it tastes great in cold climate, it gives you warm and fuzzy feeling in your body. Also, it gives your body much needed heat to stay healthy.
