Sharing Session 2
Sharing session is the latest program organized by HRD (Human Resource & Development) Division of BSSC 7th Presidency, where the members could gather together to share or ask questions related to the internal or external of BSSC. On the previous sharing session, there were so many requests/ feedbacks from the participants asking to hold this program again. Thus, we decided to conduct Sharing Session 2. The purpose of why this program was held is to make a forum where Staffs/ Managers/ EXCOM can express their opinions and give questions as much as they want (related to internal BSSC and campus activities).
Sharing Session 2 was held on May 30th, 2017 in Oakroom BINUS Square.Unfortunately for this time, there were not many participants who joining us. It was about 26 participants in total. Firstly, it was started with prayer and an ice breaking called “Squad Dancing” challenge. There was a great enthusiasm and laughter from participants. As usual, this program was led bya moderator who set all the content and control the whole situations from beginning until the end. After the ice-breaking has finished, members were all welcomed to do Q&A (Question & Answer) session.
Unlike the first sharing session, the eagerness and enthusiast from the participants seem quite light-off. They were struggling to find questions. But after the moderator tried to trigger them with his own question, they began to react and response excitedly. After 15 minutes, they started to ask questions to the EXCOM and Managers of BSSC. They are most likely to be curious about EXMAN (EXCOM-Manager)’s experiences, struggles, perspectives, and many more. There also questions/ suggestions related to the next presidency’s plans and preparations.
Hopefully, this program will be still being conducted by the next HRD 8th Presidency. It helps members to know things better and what is going on/ happening in BSSC. We, as committees are also very happy to know the suggestions/ feedbacks from participants to expand this program more. Lastly,we are literally grateful having the opportunity to improve ourselves too as the PICs of this program. We have learned a lot through the process! Thank you and see you again peeps! 🙂
