BSSC 16th Presidency Cadre Forming 2025 “Towards a Refined You”

On Thursday, November 27th 2025, the first day of BSSC Cadre Forming 2025. The event was officially opened by the MC, followed by prayers. Rules and regulations throughout the event were then told by the Disciplinary Division, Halwa Sa’ima Putri Lakia. Then Aditia Perdana, S. Kom., as the Manager Student Support Office of BINUS Square delivered an inspiring opening remark. Participants were then divided into groups, which encouraged collaboration and networking among attendees. The first material session, “A Glance into BSSC and BINUS Student Organizations,” brought by Felicia Susanty provided valuable insights into organizational structures and opportunities. An interactive Q&A session allowed participants to engage directly with the speaker.

The sharing session that followed featured experiences from previous project managers, secretaries, and treasurers, offering practical perspectives and followed by another Q&A session which allowed participants to delve deeper into these leadership roles. The next agenda was an explanation of the group study case and even idea assignment. And after that, Yonggara Halim Senata as the Chairman of 16th Presidency delivered an amazing opening remark of BSSC 16th Presidency. Besides that, an open discussion about the tasks that were given was held for 16 minutes. The day concluded with an exit ticket for feedback and a documentation session.

On the second day, November 28th 2025, the event was held online through the ZOOM meeting. Participants filled in the entry tickets. The MC opened the event with prayer, creating a positive and focused atmosphere. Continued by the Disciplinary Division reading the rules and regulations as the event went by. The second material session, “How to Regulate Thoughts and Journaling as a Media of Meditation,” was delivered by a representative from the Student Advisory and Support Center, Ms. Elizabeth Vina Novenandari who talked about the importance of mental health and its coping strategies; the main focus being Journaling as a media. A hands-on journaling practice session followed, allowing the participants to apply the concept learned. Next, an E-certificate was presented to the speaker for her time and insight. Continued with the second sharing session featured experiences from coordinators and staff from previous BSSC events, highlighting diverse organizational roles. Another Q&A session provided further insights into these positions. Continued by a brief reminder about the assignment of study case and event idea, filling in the exit ticket and documentation session.

The last day began on November 30th, 2025. Participants arrived and completed their entry tickets. The MC opened the event with prayer, setting a respectful tone. Rules were reviewed, and judges for the presentations were introduced, which included Felicia Susanty and Yonggara Halim Senata. Participants were reminded to sit with their groups, and time was allocated for the final presentations. Each group then presented their study case and event idea, receiving constructive feedback from the judges after each presentation. After all groups had presented, participants enjoyed a break for rest, prayer, and lunch. The event resumed with group performances that were chosen by the spill wheel. Each group will either get a drama performance or an advertisement type of performance. Each followed by feedback from the judges, showing creativity and teamwork. Awards were announced for the best presentation and performances. The MC shared important announcements regarding the continuation of the BSSC Cadre Forming. The day ended with a group documentation session, which captures memories and achievements.
