BSSC 12th Presidency Candidates Interview 2021

Recruitment for activists of BSSC 12th Presidency candidates has begun. This interview was conducted by EXCOMs and Managers. The interview session lasted for 3 days, and a total of 15 candidates were interviewed. Interviews were conducted on Wednesday, November 4, 2021, and Thursday, November 5, 2021, from 14.00 WIB to 18.15 WIB and continued again on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, from 14.00 WIB to 14.20 WIB. The candidates present the event idea they have made to the Manager and EXCOM who are in the breakout room that has been chosen by EXCOM.

Interviews were conducted on Wednesday, November 4, 2021, and Thursday, November 5, 2021, from 14.00 WIB to 18.15 WIB and continued again on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, from 14.00 WIB to 14.20 WIB. Some things are different in the 12th Presidency interview system than in the 11th Presidency interview system. The systematic interview is that the candidates are present at a predetermined time, which is 10 minutes before the interview time that has been determined. All interview activities are carried out through ZOOM Meetings with 3 shifts with different shifts. They are also divided into 3 breakout rooms with a predetermined duration according to the order of priority of the 3 divisions they have chosen. On the first day of the interview, there were five candidates to be interviewed; on the second day, there were eight candidates; and on the third day, there were two candidates.

All interview sessions were recorded by the Managers. The questions asked of the candidates were related to their personality or character, leadership, problem-solving, engagement, and knowledge of BSSC. If the interview session is over before the time runs out, the Managers and EXCOM who are in the breakout rooms will invite the candidates to talk casually.

The interview went quite smoothly due to the help and support from various parties, such as from PDC, as ZOOM facilitator, BSSC 12th Presidency committee, and the candidates. The results of the interviews will be recapitulated and used by the committee as a determinant in determining the members of the BSSC 12th Presidency.
