Healthy Diet
Eating a healthy diet is not about strict boundaries, remaining unrealistically thin, or eliminating the foods you love. Instead, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and improving your mood. A healthy diet helps pave the way to a healthy heart and blood vessels, strong bones and muscles, a sharp mind, and more.
The important message of a healthy diet is to focus on the types of foods you eat and your overall diet, not on individual nutrients such as certain fats, dietary cholesterol, or vitamins. No single nutrient or vitamin can make you healthy. Therefore, we should not push ourselves too much to prohibit fatty or cholesterol foods. What is important from healthy food is to maintain a diet and continue to exercise.

Through this article I want to share a story about me, who weighs 110 kilograms, can lose 12 kilograms in 1 month. I am 20 years old and already weighing over 100 kilograms, which is some doctors advised me to diet. However, I always ignore their advice till one day my heart always hurts which causes my breathing pattern to be difficult. From then on, I was determined to lose my weight by following the processes of a healthy diet on the internet, starting from its understanding of the fundamentals of healthy food.
Within that month, I always ate nutritious, fatty, and cholesterol foods in portions that initially became small portions. Besides, I am also diligent in exercising 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and evening). And the results I can see and prove that by maintaining my diet I can lose 12 kilograms in one month. So it can be concluded, even though we want a diet we don’t need to hold ourselves back from eating fatty or cholesterol foods. With our intention to diet the wrong way, we will not live a healthy life where we will instead be faced with stomach ailments (for example ulcers)
The things that underlie a healthy diet
Like the story that I said before, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals that are contained in our food to support our bodies must be balanced. We don’t need to eliminate certain food categories from our diet, but rather choose the healthiest options from each category.
- Protein can give us the energy to get up, walk, support mood, and cognitive function.

- Not all fat is the same. While bad fats can ruin our diet and increase the risk of certain diseases, good fats protect your brain and heart.

- Fiber can help keep us regular and lower the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

- Apart from causing osteoporosis, not getting enough calcium in your diet can also lead to anxiety, depression, and trouble sleeping.

- Carbohydrates are one of your body’s main sources of energy. But most of it must come from complex and unrefined carbohydrates
