Delicious Yet Healthy Food

Delicious YET healthy food is the common quote we heard nowadays. Healthy food means variety of foods which contain nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals. Everyone has their personal taste and distinct reason when they decided to eat a certain food even it is healthy or unhealthy. Getting into the habit of eating healthy is hard for two reason such as:

  1. It is probably something you are not used to

We often choose to eat something we want or something we are in the mood of. When we are in a bad mood sometimes people choose to eat ice cream or something that makes their feeling better. We are not used to manage our daily food and eat everything based our mood and feeling. This way also can damage our health further.

  1. We have no idea what food to prepare

We have no enough knowledge to prepare daily health food. We are confused what kind of food we need to eat. Healthy food needs a big effort to prepare so that we need to keep patience of it.

Junk food is the delicious food that every single person keen on but it is not a health food we have to consume everyday. If you want to eat sugary drinks which are particularly harmful, you can substitute with drink water, coffee, tea instead with adding a slice of lemon to water. If you want to consume sweetened breakfast cereals which contain high sugar content, you can choose breakfast cereals that are high and low in added sugar or better you make your own oat porridge from scratch. If you want to eat fried, grilled, and boiled food which is often highly palatable and calorie – dense, you can choose another cooking method such as stewing, boiling, blanching, and steaming.

There a lot of substitution and effort you can use to make a healthy food. The important thing is you have to keep a mindset and willing to change your habit. If you are earnest your will, you can nail it.
