Greetings everyone! Looks like our mid-exam are right around the corner, but worry not, if we prepare, we should be able to clear it easily. As you know many people usually take cram-school or personal tutoring to prepare for their exam. But it isn’t always effective to take those to prepare for our exam. So, what should we do? Here are some tips you should try:

  • Give yourself enough time to study
    • Don’t start studying at the last minute before exam, sort your time to help you study for the exam that you think is hard.
  • Organize your study place
    • Make sure your study place is tidy to help you focus. Check your light, chair, and get rid of things that might distract you during your study.
  • Use flow chart and diagrams
    • Visual aids can help you study, try to write down all the highlighted material and try to memorize them to help you on your exam.
  • Practice old exam
    • One of the most effective way to prepare for your exam is to practice old exam questions. This way, you can get a rough estimation on how your exam will be.
  • Organize study groups with friends
    • Get together with your friends for a study session. You may have unanswered questions that your friends can answer.
  • Take regular breaks
    • Many people think that it’s best to study as many hours as possible. But it is not, and it can be counter-productive for you.
  • Plan your exam day
    • Make sure to prepare all of your equipment for exam day, like Binusian ID card, Exam card(KMK), and pen. Therefore, your effort to study wont go to waste on exam day.
  • Drink plenty of water
    • As a final tip, remember that being well hydrated can help your brain to work at its finest. Make sure that you drink a lot of water.
