a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is a standardized test to measure the English language ability of non-native speakers wishing to enroll in English-speaking universities. The test is accepted by many English-speaking academic and professional institutions. TOEFL is one of the two major English-language tests in the world, the other being is IELTS.

BNEC as an english organization in Binus provide this TOEFL test and even better, TOEFL classes with trained tutors. TOEFL class in BNEC is separated into 3 classes: Basic TOEFL (TOEFL 1), Intermediate TOEFL (TOEFL 2), and Advanced TOEFL (TOEFL 3). Basic TOEFL is for those who are still unfamiliar with english. Intermediate TOEFL is for people who are familiar with english but still lack of english and have around 421-513 score on TOEFL test. Advanced TOEFL is for those who want to know more about english, enhance their english more, and those who have higher than 513 score on TOEFL test. Different classes means different teaching method. In basic TOEFL we teach the basic english, grammar formulas, etc. In intermediate TOEFL we teach more about grammar, how to use it, and when to use it. In advanced TOEFL we teach more advance and comprehensive things. Starting from listening, reading, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing. In BNEC’s TOEFL class there are also many activities such as: games, profesional class, TOEFL test, etc. The games that we use is a game that makes the tutees to understand more about english, especially in grammar. Profesional class is a special class made by the comitees to develop tutee’s english skills throughout seminar or lecture from great people who are active in english. There are also TOEFL test in the middle and the end of semester. This TOEFL test is meant to test how much you understand english and how much your TOEFL understanding have developed after you join BNEC’s TOEFL class. There are many benefits in joining TOEFL class: you can learn and enhance you english in TOEFL class, you can meet different people from different faculty in Binus, you will also get a certificate after your TOEFL test to see what level and how much have you understood english.
