The 2024 New Member Recruitment Workshop
The 2024 BNEC Bekasi New Member Recruitment concluded with a workshop themed “How to improve your interview skills”. This workshop aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the overall interview process. Another aim for this workshop is to provide training for every BINUSIAN who wants to improve their interview skills. This can be a very useful skills for those who want to join an organization which is generally done by every BINUSIAN nowadays. Certainly, this skill can also be implemented in specific instances related to our future careers, both as interviewers and interviewees. Therefore, the idea of choosing the theme of “Interview” is truly grounded in the aim of equipping every BINUSIAN to handle the challenges they will face in the future as they pursue their respective career paths.
The speaker for this event was Mr. David Werhoru, S.S., M.Si., an English and Indonesian lecturer at DLLC BINUS, who also has experience as a movie subtitle translator at PT. MNC Sky Vision. Through his experience in working at various companies, we can learn the correct procedures for conducting interviews and receive valuable tips on how to handle interview situations. Mr. David’s delivery method has successfully provided one or more educations on interviewing that have been well-received by all attendees. The workshop has also successfully fostered a high level of engagement between the audience and the speaker through an interactive delivery during the session.
As we reflect on the achievements of the successful 2024 New Member Recruitment Workshop, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our members for their unwavering dedication. This event has successfully provided education and training to BINUSIANS in developing their interview skills, which will be valuable for their future careers. Hopefully, this event can inspire almost everyone to develop their ambitions and motivation in pursuing their future careers, so that they can be better prepared and equipped to handle interviews when they face such situations in the future.
