The 2024 BoM Welcoming Party

Ever wonder how new members are inducted into our organization? The BOM Welcoming Party is an annual event that celebrates our newly recruited members, officially welcomes them, and introduces them to our extraordinary organization, BNEC.

This year, the Welcoming Party took place on December 1st at Syahdan, starting at 8 a.m. and running until 5 p.m. At the event, we saw the excited faces of the newcomers, all brimming with enthusiasm. They seemed eager to bloom out of their buds and showcase their true potential here at BNEC.

The event began with an introduction by the MCs, followed by speeches from the current and future general presidents and regional presidents of BNEC. This gave the new BOMs a chance to see the faces of those who would lead them in the future. The day continued with fun activities, including icebreaker games like guessing distorted music and a challenging project where teams had to create an impromptu product and launch it. It was during this time that the new BOMs truly bonded and worked together as a team to do their best.
