The 29th Presidency BNEC Cadre Forming: Unite, Create Camaraderie, Aim for Extraordinary!

On 12th and 13th March 2022, the Bina Nusantara English Club (BNEC) held its annual Cadre Forming to prepare its new generation of Board of Management (BoM). With the theme: “Unite, Create Camaraderie, Aim for Extraordinary”, Cadre Forming aims to build their future BoM’s characters, etiquettes, mentality, as well as the mindset that correlates with BNEC’s values and traditions that have been implemented for years. The rundown and events in Cadre Forming have been prepared to maximize its purpose in transforming new activists for their attitude, mentality, and culture to face future obstacles and challenges during their time in BoM and future work life.

Every year, Cadre Forming always plant BNEC’s core values in their events. Other than BNEC values, Cadre Forming also emphasized their particular value, Cadre Value, during their basic leadership training. Therefore, this year, Cadre Forming aims to prepare BNEC’s new activists to undergo and serve their best during the 29th Presidency of BNEC, where BNEC would be a learning platform for everyone to improve their fullest potential.
