After we got the results for midterm exams, some of us might be happy. Others might be disappointed.
Sometimes, we get confused on how to study effectively, which leads us to bad grades. But now, you
don’t have to worry, because there are 6 study tips which will make you say bye-bye to bad grades!

1. Before studying, do some exercises to prepare your mind and body
No need to have a huge workout session, all you need is just a 30 minutes light aerobics. For
example, running or jogging. This kind of exercise will sharpen your mind’s ability to understand
lessons. Beside that, exercise will make you brain fresh, and your body fit.

2. Listening to songs
Do you know that besides building your mood to study, music can trigger your brain to work at
maximum capacity? For some of you who prefer studying in a quiet place, doesn’t mean you are
wrong. But try to put on your speaker and enjoy the music. Some kind of music is proved to
reduce stress and pressure while studying!

3. Studying in place with clear air.
Studying in the place with dirty air will lead you to not focusing while studying. Clear air will help
you to be calmer while studying before exam. It will be a lot better if you add essential oil which
is calming.

4. Don’t forget to drink, so it will keep your body fit and you will be more concentrated
Lack of water will make you lose concentration. Try using coffee or tea which contain more
caffeine so that your creativity and concentration will be triggered.

5. Studying while you are sleepy is proved to be more effective
Maybe a lot of people didn’t know this fact yet, but you can prove it by reading or listening to
lesson while you are sleepy. Researches said that while we are asleep, our brain will strengthen
anything we read before.

6. Find your own effective way to study!
Some of you might like eating while studying? Or maybe studying in open air so that it’s easier
to get your eyes some rest? Identify your own way of studying which can make you enjoy your
