BNEC Bekasi Coaching Storytelling Talent Class 2025 Even Semester
From July 16 to September 3, 2025, BNEC Bekasi successfully conducted its Coaching Storytelling Talent Class for the Even Semester, a dedicated program built to strengthen members’ storytelling abilities through a structured and creative learning experience. This year’s class consisted of around five passionate talents, each bringing their own personality, imagination, and aspirations to the training sessions.
Throughout the program, participants were introduced to a wide range of storytelling techniques that helped them understand how to craft compelling narratives and deliver them with confidence. They explored the foundations of story structure, learned how to develop engaging plots, and practiced building characters with emotional depth. Alongside these conceptual lessons, the talents also worked on performance elements such as vocal clarity, projection, articulation, body language, and stage presence. Each session blended explanation, practice, and reflection, allowing the talents to steadily improve as they applied new skills in real time.
The small class size created an intimate and supportive atmosphere, making it possible for coaches to provide personalized guidance to every participant. Experienced mentors and senior members of BNEC Bekasi offered constructive feedback throughout the program, helping each talent identify their strengths and understand the areas that needed refinement. This close mentoring process became one of the defining aspects of the Talent Class, giving participants the confidence to experiment with new techniques and step outside their comfort zones.
Over the weeks, noticeable progress emerged. Some talents who initially struggled with expressing emotions or maintaining stage presence gradually grew more comfortable and expressive. Others who already had storytelling experience learned to refine their style, channeling their creativity into more structured and impactful performances. By being consistently involved in exercises, mini-performances, and interactive activities, each talent was able to develop a stronger command of narrative flow and delivery.
The Coaching Storytelling Talent Class concluded with a final performance session, where all participants showcased the results of their hard work. These performances highlighted not only their technical improvements but also the growth in their confidence, creativity, and connection to their stories. It was a meaningful celebration of the journey they had undertaken over the past seven weeks.
As BNEC Bekasi wraps up the 2025 Even Semester program, the organization continues to reaffirm its commitment to developing young communicators with strong storytelling skills. The success of this Talent Class reflects BNEC Bekasi’s dedication to creating transformative learning environments where members can grow, express themselves, and prepare for future opportunities in competitions, events, and public-speaking platforms.
