The 2024 BNEC Talkshow “Career Development : “Strategies for Success in Job Interviews”

Jakarta, June 2024 — On June 14th, at Syahdan Campus in Kemanggisan, BNEC hosted a talkshow titled “Career Development : Strategies for Success in Job Interviews”. The purpose of this talkshow was to prepare undergraduates for the professional world by offering strategies for succeeding in job interviews. This year’s talkshow aimed to equip participants with effective strategies for excelling in job interviews. It encouraged attendees to develop confidence, practice their interview skills, and gain a deeper understanding of what employers are looking for, ultimately preparing them for successful career advancement.

The talkshow guest was Andrew Yonathan, a Co-Founder Day Community and an entrepreneur. He explained the importance of gaining experience and skills before stepping into the career world.He emphasized the importance of preparing for and succeeding in interviews. Mr Andrew also said that it is important to research the company that you want to apply for. Following his presentation, a Q&A session allowed participants to ask him questions, providing them with valuable insights and advice from his responses.

The seminar welcomed both BINUSIAN and non-BINUSIAN participants, primarily targeting those interested in learning about successful job interview strategies. Titled “Strategies for Success in Job Interviews,” it offered a range of comprehensive methods to support this process. With the insights and guidance provided at BNEC’s 2024 talk show, participants are expected to feel well-prepared and confident when applying for jobs. BNEC’s ultimate goal is for all attendees to excel in interviews and successfully secure the jobs they apply for.
