LDK-CP IMCB 2026 “Dare to Lead the Legacy”

IMCB (International Marketing Community of BINUS) is a student organization dedicated to helping students expand their understanding of marketing while developing valuable soft skills. Through various programs and activities, members are encouraged to strengthen their communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities while gaining meaningful organizational experiences.

As a student organization under BINUS University, IMCB organizes various programs throughout the year to help members develop skills that can be useful in academic, organizational, and professional environments.

LDK-CP is one of IMCB’s programs created for activists who are interested in and preparing themselves to become future board members. Through LDK-CP, participants learn about important aspects of organizational development, including leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and other skills needed to contribute effectively to an organization.

LDK-CP 2026 was held simultaneously across all IMCB regions on July 6, 2026, bringing together approximately 90 activists from Alam Sutera, Kemanggisan, Malang, and Semarang. Carrying the theme “Dare to Lead the Legacy,” the program focused on preparing activists for future roles within IMCB while strengthening leadership skills and connections across regions. The event was conducted onsite in each respective region and connected through Zoom, allowing participants from all regions to take part in a unified program and experience.

Throughout the program, participants attended several sessions covering personal and organizational development. The sessions included Vision-Mission Alignment by Martinus Fieser Sitinjak, Leadership by Vincentia Stella Tanero, Personal Branding by Valencia Alvina Angelica, Motivation by Yimmy Iskandar, ST, MBA, MTh, and Project Management by Nathan Ardany Tanara. These sessions provided activists with valuable insights to support their personal growth and prepare them for future responsibilities within the organization.

In addition to the learning sessions, LDK-CP 2026 featured interactive activities such as ice-breaking sessions, games, and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). During the FGD, activists were divided into groups and asked to solve organizational cases, encouraging them to communicate, exchange ideas, and collaborate while developing their problem-solving and teamwork skills.

The program also provided an opportunity for activists from different regions to interact and build stronger connections. By participating simultaneously from their respective regions, activists were able to exchange perspectives and experience the spirit of collaboration across IMCB’s regional communities.

Overall, LDK-CP 2026 provided activists with opportunities to develop their leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while preparing them for future roles within IMCB. Through the theme “Dare to Lead the Legacy,” the program encouraged activists to embrace greater responsibilities, strengthen connections across regions, and prepare themselves to contribute to the future of IMCB.
