[HIMME Research and Quality Control Internal Training]
Research and Quality Control is a department which in charge of improving performance quality of the organization, activists, items, and designs. It provides over-all evaluation of work programs and quality control to ensure the excellent standards are improved.
On Sunday (11/06/2023), we conducted a training session to increase the department’s staffs skills in analyzing plans in work programs, conducting performance evaluation, verifying items’ eligibility, as well as final check for designs to effectively provides innovative solutions.
From monthly assestment of performance appraisals to creating several teams for quality control, The R&Q Department able to accelerate efficiency in the organization and ensure high excellence is maintained.
