LDK ACTIVIST HIMME BINUS 2026/2027 Empower the Future: Building Resilient Leaders for a Sustainable Tomorrow

As part of its continuous efforts to support leadership regeneration, the Business Management Student Association (HIMME BINUS) of BINUS University organized LDK Activist 2025, a leadership development program designed to prepare prospective HIMME activists for active participation in organizational activities. LDK Activist 2025 was conducted under the theme “Empower the Future: Building Resilient Leaders for a Sustainable Tomorrow”

These activities were designed not only to sharpen critical thinking and problem-solving skills, but also to foster confidence, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility as future HIMME activists. In line with the tagline “Grow Stronger, Lead Smarter, Impact Longer.” LDK Activist 2025 is expected to produce resilient and responsible student leaders who are ready to contribute actively and sustainably within HIMME and in their future professional journeys. “Building Resilient Leaders for a Sustainable Tomorrow” served as part of HIMME’s regeneration process to develop students’ leadership character, resilience, and organizational awareness as a strong foundation for future involvement.

Held on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 at BINUS University Alam Sutera, LDK Activist 2025 engaged participants in a variety of structured and interactive sessions. The event featured Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), where participants were encouraged to analyze case studies, share perspectives, and work collaboratively to solve problems. In addition, team-building games were organized to strengthen communication, teamwork, and trust among participants in a dynamic and engaging environment. To further enhance participants’ involvement, each group was given the opportunity to present their ideas and demonstrate creativity through group discussions and collaborative challenges.
