The Impact of AIESEC in BINUS

CONFESSIONS OF AN AIESEC IN BINUS GRADUATE

What makes me happiest about being an AIESECer is that I have become a part of a lifelong community and contributed something to the world. AIESEC is a great place to learn, network and make positive impact by supporting the Global Goals by the United Nation.

Furthermore, the skills I had learned in AIESEC helped me receive the Best Freshmen Leader award from BINUS University, work at Ternak Uang before the internship season actually starts and build my own community, Girlpres, to create #morefemalepresidents.

Ratu Annisa Gandasari [Team Leader of Network Maintenance & Outreach AIESEC in BINUS 2020-2021]

AIESEC has made me into the leader I am today – being able to manage myself and find confidence in my own potential. Majoring in Industry & Organizational Psychology, I gained more insight and perspective from Talent Management in AIESEC. If not for my AIESEC experience, I couldn’t have had the opportunity/internship experience I have now!

We even got to collaborate with AIESECers all over the world. However, it is watching my members’ progress that is the most fulfilling. To see them grow, find their passion, and obtain life lessons from AIESEC never ceases to amaze me!

Annisa Rahmayanti [LC Vice President of Talent Management AIESEC in BINUS 2020-2021]
