HIMCHARGE: HIMSI’S RECHARGE! 2025 “GET CHARGED! GET CLOSER!”

After an exhaustion cause by our exams, we recharged our lost energies through an activity together which embraced the theme of togetherness; MAKRAB (Malam Keakraban) HIMCHARGE that was held from May 4th to May 5th 2025 at F_One Villa in Bogor. HIMCHARGE (HIMSI Recharge) is an event organized by HIMSI’s HR division, this event that was held to strengthen the bond between HIMSI members that consists of B26, B27, and B28s.

On our first day, the event coordinator coordinated the participants to depart from BINUS Anggrek campus at 7 o’clock. Before we started our trip, there was some speech from Head of HIMSI, Yuliana Lim, also speech from head of event, Odetta Aisha Amrullah, and lastly from the security division, Albert Sunur and Jose Tandiono.

When we arrived at Villa, it counted as activity on day 1. We took a break by playing something fun that was already prepared from the villa or the games that we have already brought from ourselves such as monopoly, chess, karaoke, and there were some participants playing billiards too. While each of the individuals had fun doing their own activities, the consumption team asked us to have lunch, so we had lunch and after that the coordinator event coordinates us to follow the activity schedule on day 1.

For the first game which was led by Venesia Kiko, Angelita, and Odetta, we played charades, a game in which the three teams previously created by the event coordinator,  has to correctly guess a prompt given to the selected performer, which job was to enact the aforementioned prompt with only body language. With so much fun, creativity and laugh that had been through, we felt the solidarity from the first game getting closer.

In the second game, we tried to play “Gobak Sodor” that was coordinated by the security division. “Gobak Sodor” is a game in which there are two groups, the one has to be the defender group, and the other becomes the raider. The game started with joy and fun before dinner arrived. While we were waiting for dinner, some of us took a bath first. The consumption team had made spaghetti and snacks for us for dinner. After we had dinner, we had a confession session until past midnight. After we finished the confession session, we took a rest and went to bed for the next day.

In the morning on the second day, the participants played jackbox, a game which is similar in function with the Quizizz where the participants got prizes, while they were waiting for breakfast. Meanwhile, the division of consumption prepared sandwiches for our breakfast. an hour before we went back to college, we played a last game, syntax guessing that was led by Asya until closing.

The event coordinator did a final supervision after giving us extra time for us to organize our belongings before we head back to college at 12. After everything was done, at 11:30 there was the last documentation and we all got into the elf that we had rented and arrived at Binus Anggrek at 2pm which was immediately welcomed by the student organization advisor, Criscentia Jessica Setiadi, S.S., M.M. Hereby we declare that the Makrab: Himsi’s Recharge 2025 is completed.
