LDK-CP HIMSI 2026/2027

LDK-CP (Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan-Calon Pengurus) was organized by the Board of Management (BoM) to prepare and equip HIMSI’s junior activists for leadership and organizational regeneration. The program covered five core topics: Leadership, Project Management, Vision-Mission Alignment, Personal Branding, and Motivation & Purpose.

The event took place on Saturday, June 6, beginning at 9 AM with opening remarks from the Student Organization Advisor, Miss Jessica. After the opening, junior activists were given their official HIMSI Card IDs, marking their last obtainment of HIMSI’s attributes. Soon after the ID card distribution, the Board of Management delivered the prepared presentations covering the five materials.

In the afternoon, participants were given a break. Following the break, a case-study session was conducted. Activists were assigned a scenario focused on regeneration, specifically about how they would perform as part of DPI or Coordinator within HIMSI, and instructed to prepare and present how they will manage. Each participant presented their case study one by one, after which the Board of Management provided constructive feedback and input. As a token of appreciation, donuts were distributed to participants after each presentation.

At the end of the day, the Board of Management provided final remarks, completed documentation of attendance and materials, and recorded participants’ feedback for future improvements. With all documentation finalized and closing remarks expressed, HIMSI’s LDK-CP 2026 was officially dismissed.
