True Meaning of Easter: Jesus Lives!

Easter⛪️✝️🤲 is one of the Christian celebrations that are celebrated every year. Easter itself is a form of memorial that symbolizes the resurrection of Jesus from his death on Good Friday. The resurrection of Jesus is a very special event, special and cannot be replaced by anything and anyone. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus was willing to be tortured, humiliated, and even cut off from God the Father for the sake of redemption for human sins. He was willing to die on the cross to pay the price of salvation for sinful mankind. And through His resurrection, He has proven His grace and mercy which is so great for humans. In college life as students we often ignore or underestimate God’s grace. The gift that God has given, namely redemption, still cannot make us students who fully believe in his love and power. The resurrection of God is evidence of the greatness of His power which should make us students who can cling to God, especially in our college life 🙌

our good deeds and good works can only bring us so far. We are limited and imperfect by human nature. Only by God’s grace and love towards us that we believe as christians that we receive our salvation.

through remembering the significance of the event of Jesus Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection, as christians we are called to live our lives according to Biblical principles and strengthen our spiritual relationship with God based on our christian belief❗️

• John 11:25-26: "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?'"

• 1 Peter 1:3: "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead."

• 1 Corinthians 15:21: "For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man."
