Querencia: BNEC’s 2024 Outing Program Sparks Unity and Growth

On September 2–3, 2024, the BNEC Outing Program, titled “In Embrace of Querencia,” took place at Villa Jendral, Bogor. Organized by the BNEC Member Focus Division, this two-day event brought together the Board of Management members, staff, talents, as well as active members for a rejuvenating and unifying experience. The activity aimed to provide a space for all participants to unwind from their hectic routines, fostering deeper connections among BNEC members.

The main objective of the outing was to strengthen relationships among all BNEC entities while promoting teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. Through a series of team challenges, ice-breaking games, and collaborative activities, participants had the opportunity to build meaningful connections and practice essential soft skills in a relaxed, informal setting.

Set in the serene backdrop of West Jakarta’s countryside, the event allowed members to disconnect from the pressures of university life and rediscover a sense of belonging within the organization. The theme, “In Embrace of Querencia,” encapsulated the essence of the outing: creating a space where participants could feel at home, fully accepted, and empowered to be themselves.

In addition to fostering camaraderie, the BNEC 2024 Outing Program offered valuable experiences that encouraged growth, critical thinking, and leadership development. These moments not only strengthened personal bonds but also helped enhance the collective spirit of the organization.
