#AIESECinBINUS: Our Functionals

In AIESEC in BINUS, functionals are essentially the departments that are responsible for managing the organization in various fields.

Led by the Local Committee President, there are four functionals in AIESEC in BINUS, and they are External Relations, Engagement with AIESEC, Talent Management, and Finance, Governance, and Legality.

Our Functionals

External Relations (ER)

The External Relations (ER) functional works with external parties and are in charge of the organization branding. The ER functional consists of two divisions, namely the Strategic Content and Media (SCM) division and the Network Maintenance and Outreach (NMO) division.

Engagement with AIESEC (EwA)

During the pandemic, the Outgoing Global Volunteer (OGV) functional has changed its name to EwA, which is short for Engagement with AIESEC. EwA facilitates local programs such as AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL), Youth Motion, and Grow to Work. The EwA functional has three divisions, namely Marketing, Customer Relations, and Quality Customer Experience.

Talent Management (TM)

The Talent Management (TM) functional is the human resources in the organization. This functional works on the organization of human resources and helps with their development. The Talent Management functional consists of two divisions, namely Talent Acquisition & Retention and Talent Development & Analytics.

Finance, Governance, and Legality (FGL)

The Finance, Governance, and Legality (FGL) functional is in charge of the organization’s finance and legality. They are responsible for the organization’s financial and legality needs and they have two divisions, namely the Accounting division and the Administration & Legal division.
