GROW TO WORK 2022 Draw Your Future Career: How to Stand Out From The Others

Grow to Work 2022 is a workshop initiated by AIESEC in BINUS with the aim of educating the youth about the world of work. This workshop is an effort to implement Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. Grow to Work has a vision to bring students and graduates to be able to adapt and compete effectively in finding work in the midst of the industry since the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year, Grow to Work facilitated approximately 74 participants to understand how to maximize their abilities and good strategies to start their careers. With the theme Draw Your Future: How to Stand Out From The Others, AIESEC in BINUS invites The Head of Human Resource from PT. Segari, Anastasia Primasari, as the speaker of the workshop. This event was guided by 2 (two) MCs, namely Rafila Balqis and Nurfauzi Satria Nugraha, on Saturday, May 14, 2022 via Zoom Meetings.

In this workshop, speakers provide insight into the current recruitment process, experiences that can be used as lessons, as well as suggestions and input to the participants in the Masterclass Session. This session was followed by a Workshop Session in which the speaker reviewed the CVs of several participants and provided input points that could be followed. Furthermore, one of the participants had the opportunity to be involved in a simulated direct interview with the speaker.

Grow to Work was followed by a question and answer session which was attended by event participants. Not only that, several active participants received door prizes in the form of e-money. At the end, the two MCs closed the event by giving a recap and a documentation session.
