  First, can be the activities in lose weight. As we looking, the activities of fasting is enduring the hunger from dusk till dawn. From the activities like that, we can reducing the portion of food. And if you want to make the diet activities success with the fasting, you should eat the food which have less calories and also portions of adequate food.

  Second, fasting can be clean organs of the body, for 14 hours, our organs of the body was empty which caused by not get the food. For the fasting, the organs of the body doing cleaning every organ in the body. Especially, Stomach which was the first place to receive the food from the mouth. In there, the stomach can be cleaning with well. Directly, we can taking cares of our organs as well.

 Third, prevent from the disease. As I told in the second point, our body will be more health with fasting. Because, our body can digest the food with better. And also the nutrition of the food can transfer to another organ.
