LDK-CP HIMSI 2024/2025

Hello, Himsi Peers!!!

On June 7th, HIMSI successfully conducted our LDK-CP (Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Calon Pengurus)! This event was held to prepare our junior activists for joining HIMSI’s management next year. The Board of Management has prepared materials about integral parts of running HIMSI. 

The event started at 7 AM, junior activists were ready to pay attention and learn. We started the day with some ice-breaking to break the tension in the room. Then, the day continued with a course on strategic management and leadership, presented by Julia and Viyola. This is the core of running an organization, allowing us to increase efficiency and coordination to reach our common goal. Next, we had a presentation about administration & operation by Clarissa and finance by Fasya. For our programs to run smoothly, we need adequate planning and budgeting. This course explained the paths our proposals and reports have to go so the events can be BINUS-approved. 

After the break, we continued the day with a presentation on branding, presented by Mayla and Vanny. From the presentation, we know that branding takes care of the organization’s public image and establishes our organization among the people. Last but not least, Regina and Naya presented the purpose of the day, regeneration. 

This training allows junior activists to be division coordinators for the next year. We need regeneration and new members so the organization can keep running, preserving the department’s legacy for generations to come. Let’s hope that HIMSI can continue to thrive! HIMSI, JAYA JAYA JAYA!
