Bina Nusantara English Club (BNEC) successfully held the 33rd BNEC Senior Cadre Forming, a Leadership Development Program (Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Calon Pengurus) on July 29, 2026 between 09:00–17:00 WIB, designed to prepare future Board of Management members for the upcoming presidency. The program aimed to equip participants with the essential knowledge, leadership mindset, and organizational values needed to contribute effectively to BNEC.

Throughout the event, participants attended a series of insightful sessions delivered by experienced speakers and Steering Committee members. The materials covered various fundamental aspects of organizational leadership, including Role Introduction, which provided an overview of each division’s responsibilities and expectations, Strategic Management to strengthen planning and decision-making skills, Regeneration to emphasize the importance of leadership continuity, Branding to understand BNEC’s identity and public image, and Good Organization Governance (GOG) to introduce the principles of transparency, accountability, and effective organizational management.

To encourage active participation, the event also featured a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session. During this session, participants collaborated in groups to analyze case studies, exchange ideas, and develop solutions based on the knowledge they had gained throughout the day. Each group then presented their discussions to all participants, followed by a feedback session led by the Steering Committee. Through constructive critiques and suggestions, participants were encouraged to refine their perspectives and strengthen their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

The 33rd BNEC Senior Cadre Forming served not only as a platform for learning but also as an opportunity for future leaders to build meaningful connections, exchange ideas, and develop the confidence needed to lead. With the knowledge, experience, and valuable feedback gained throughout the program, participants are expected to carry forward BNEC’s values of Continuous Improvement, Commitment, Solidarity, and Trustworthiness while contributing to the organization’s future growth.

BNEC hopes that this program will become a strong foundation for every future Board of Management member to grow into inspiring leaders who are ready to create a positive impact within the organization and beyond.
