IVED 2021

IVED 2021, also known as Indonesian Varsity English Debate 2021, has returned! BIPEDS has consistently attended IVED in an annual manner, and this year it is no different. Both debaters and adjudicators can attend during the competition, and compete with many teams from many institutions and other universities. This year’s IVED unfortunately could not be held in a physical location due to CoVid-19, however that alone would not stop BIPEDS from competing and trying their best!

For newer debaters and adjudicators, do not fret! IVED is offering a way where novice debaters will only face against other novice teams. Debaters may register themselves as a novice speaker or their entire team as a novice team, and IVED will make sure the matchups are balanced, and adjudicators will always give amazing feedback which may be crucial for all future debates. Trainee adjudicators also have a chance to witness a high level competition for themselves! Trainees can also learn from a true professional in the field.
