THE BEST WAY FOR REDUCING STRESS IN LIFE

             Stress can happen to everybody without considering about age and gender. Today, most of the people got stressed from work, school and personal life. Stress is one of the barriers for you to success in life because it influences your performance in working. They can even get sick and mental depression, if they stressed too much over something. Therefore, you should relieve you stressed as soon as possible by doing anything can make you feel more relaxed and happy. Every person has various ways of reducing their stress. There are several tips for reducing stress.

First, meditation is a practice where an individual trains and empty their mind from for a while. It can be done by several methods. You should go to a silent place, then you sit there and take a deep breath to start your meditation. A classical song can help you in meditation. If you don’t want to do it by yourself, you can go to a meditation class and there will be a mentor that will teach you the techniques.

Second, hanging out with friends is the best way for me to relieve my stress. We can go shopping and travelling together. Shopping is the common way that women do; they always feel satisfied if they can shop all the things that they want. By going to travel they can forget about your problems for a short time.

Third, play games also will help you in reducing stress. There are many kinds of games, such as puzzle, adventure, online games. The development of technology brings a great benefit for human, especially smart phone.  Nowadays, people can easily play games through their phone or tablet. Even child they can use their parent’s phone and play with it.
