Knowledge about Outgoing Global Talent in AIESEC program

Outgoing Global Talent is a program provided by AIESEC to send young people from Indonesia abroad to do internships or collaborate with outside AIESEC in a professional manner with a predetermined time limit. Outgoing Global Talent activities have a lot of interest because in addition to adding experience to the program provided by AIESEC, it is also one of the bridges for young people to expand their connections at a more professional level. AIESEC in BINUS itself is currently conditioning the OGT program so that it can run or be carried out by AIESEC in BINUS by offering large countries as a holding platform, of course this is a plus, these countries are the US, China, Malaysia, South Korea and India.

As we all know these 5 countries are countries with companies that guarantee their workers, with a high level of professionalism it can certainly be a real practice for young people to be able to know the world of large-scale work even further. This year is the first year for AIESEC in BINUS to conduct the OGT program, by mediating between companies and young people who want to do internships abroad. AIESEC in BINUS also opened several fields, namely Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering. With these options available, young people can channel their talents and skills at work, besides that AIESEC will also later provide training activities and guidance both physically and mentally rather than experiencing culture shock.
