AIESEC VALUE – Enjoying Participation

In my freshmen year of university, I decided to join AIESEC in BINUS. Thus so far AIESEC has given me so much platform to grow as a better person. The environment here in AIESEC is very dynamic and welcoming, which really made me feel stimulated to participate in all the events. Through AIESEC I’ve learnt so much on how to put myself in other’s shoes as well as how to enjoy working in team. I’ve also learn to become a person that’s open to everyone regardless of their background. AIESEC has helped me to grow very progressively, joining AIESEC has been one of the best decision that I’ve ever made.
