Turn FOMO Into JOMO

Have you ever felt like you have to always catch up with your friends or else you are left behind? This feeling is called FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).

IS IT THAT BAD?
FOMO is not necessarily a bad thing, but the constant feeling of FOMO may lead you to have mental health problems. Therefore, let’s normalize JOMO instead

INTRODUCING JOMO…
JOMO refers to enjoying spending your free time doing whatever you want to do, without worrying that something more interesting is happening somewhere else

WAYS TO FIND JOY IN MISSING OUT
1. Working out
2. Limit social media use
3. Practice gratitude
4. Go for a walk
5. Set boundaries

DON’T LET OTHERS DICTATE YOUR LIFE
