How to be Healthier and Happier?

Sometimes we feel like we are unsure, unconfident, uncomfortable, anxious, sick, unhappy and unmotivated of ourselves. We often think, “I’m so sick of myself”, “Why do I need to live anymore?”, “I’m on a diet, I’ll only eat once a day” or “I can’t handle anything”.

To be healthier and happier, don’t depend on others, but depend on yourself. You can start by:

  • Drink water min. 8 glasses a day
  • Maintain a regular sleeping routine
  • Make and eat a healthy menu
  • Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
  • Listen to good music
  • Do a hobby you enjoy
  • Tell yourself positive affirmations

We definitely know those are a little bit hard to do, but remember that to change something, we need to take action and practice consistency. A little progress a day adds up to big results!
