Jakarta, 28 February – 07 March 2025 \u2013<\/strong> Modelling Club of Binus (MCB) successfully conducted its annual Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Aktivis (LDKA) across multiple campuses, including Kemanggisan, Bandung, and Malang, as part of its commitment to developing future organizational leaders. Carrying the theme Step In, Stand Out, this program served as the initial gateway for members to take an active role within MCB while building essential leadership and organizational skills.<\/p>\n LDKA 2025\/2026 was designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of leadership, teamwork, and responsibility within an organizational setting. Through structured material sessions and discussions, participants gained insights into how MCB operates, including its structure, systems, and collaborative workflow.<\/p>\n The program emphasized that leadership within MCB is not limited to leading others, but also includes the willingness to take initiative, adapt to challenges, and contribute meaningfully behind the scenes. This approach encourages members to step forward and take ownership of their roles as part of the organization.<\/p>\n Throughout the program, participants were actively engaged in discussions, case studies, and reflective sessions that allowed them to connect theoretical concepts with real organizational situations. Topics such as basic organization and self-management were explored to help participants understand both external responsibilities and personal development.<\/p>\n Despite minor adjustments in implementation, including changes in venue and session formats across regions, the program was carried out effectively. The flexibility and responsiveness of the committee ensured that all participants were able to gain a meaningful learning experience.<\/p>\n LDKA also served as a platform to prepare participants for their roles as part of the MCB committee, where they are expected to contribute to various programs and events. By understanding their roles early, participants are better equipped to support the organization in a structured and proactive manner.<\/p>\n The enthusiasm shown by participants, reflected in the high level of engagement and attendance, demonstrated a strong interest in becoming part of MCB\u2019s activist team. This positive response highlights the readiness of members to grow beyond participation and take on greater responsibility.<\/p>\n The success of LDKA 2025\/2026 marks an important step in preparing the next generation of MCB activists.
