With the theme &#8220;Becoming A Role Model,&#8221; the event aimed to equip MCB activists with the knowledge and skills needed to lead and contribute effectively to the club\u2019s vision.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px\">A Journey of Learning and Growth<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">The event commenced on 15 March 2025 at Binus University with an opening speech from the MCB leadership, setting the stage for an enriching learning experience. Ice-breaking activities energized participants, fostering camaraderie among activists from various divisions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">The first day focused on understanding MCB\u2019s structure, vision, and work programs. Sessions covered how each division operates, the responsibilities of activists, and the importance of collaboration in executing MCB\u2019s initiatives. Through engaging discussions and case studies, participants gained practical insights into how MCB functions behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Leadership in Action<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">On 16 March 2025, the program shifted toward leadership development and self-improvement. Activists participated in interactive leadership workshops, where they learned about effective communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making\u2014key skills for becoming role models in their roles. Senior members shared their experiences, offering guidance on handling challenges and fostering a positive organizational culture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">One of the highlights of the day was a team-building activity, where activists collaborated to solve challenges that tested their problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork\u2014qualities essential for future MCB leaders.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Shaping the Future of MCB<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">As the event came to a close, activists reflected on their learnings and set personal goals for their journey ahead in MCB.
