MCB Prepares Future Management Through LDKCP 2026/2027: Step Up, Lead Forward

Jakarta, 13 June 2026 – Modelling Club of Binus (MCB) successfully conducted its Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Calon Pengurus (LDKCP) 2026/2027, bringing together 45 activists from across the organization to prepare for future leadership roles. Carrying the theme Step Up, Lead Forward, the program was held in a hybrid format at BINUS @Anggrek and through Zoom Meeting, providing participants with essential knowledge and skills required to become part of MCB’s next management team.

Preparing the Next Generation of Leaders

LDKCP serves as an important stage in MCB’s leadership development journey. Designed specifically for activist members who aspire to become future management members, the program focuses on strengthening leadership qualities, organizational understanding, and professional responsibility.

Through this initiative, participants were encouraged to step beyond their current roles and begin preparing themselves as individuals capable of contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization. The theme Step Up, Lead Forward reflected MCB’s commitment to empowering members to take initiative, embrace responsibility, and lead future developments within the club.

Developing Strategic and Organizational Skills

Throughout the program, participants attended a series of material sessions covering Strategic Management, Good Governance (GoG), Branding, and Regeneration. These topics were carefully selected to provide participants with practical insights into organizational management and leadership.

The Strategic Management session introduced participants to the importance of planning and decision-making in achieving organizational goals. Good Governance emphasized accountability, transparency, and professionalism within organizational operations. Meanwhile, the Branding session explored how individuals and organizations can build a strong and consistent organization identity, while the Regeneration session highlighted the importance of leadership continuity and preparing future successors.

By combining these topics, the program aimed to equip participants with both the mindset and skills needed to navigate organizational challenges and contribute effectively as future management members.

Strengthening Responsibility and Collaboration

In addition to leadership development, LDKCP emphasized the importance of communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Participants engaged in discussions and interactive sessions that encouraged collaboration and critical thinking, helping them better understand the responsibilities that come with organizational leadership.

The active participation and enthusiasm demonstrated throughout the event reflected the readiness of MCB activists to take on greater responsibilities. The program also provided an opportunity for participants to gain a deeper understanding of how effective leadership can create a positive impact on both the organization and its members.

The successful implementation of LDKCP 2026/2027 marks another important milestone in MCB’s commitment to developing capable and responsible future leaders. By investing in leadership education and organizational development, MCB continues to strengthen its foundation for future growth and innovation.

As participants take the next step toward becoming management members, MCB looks forward to seeing them lead forward and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s continued success.
