Smear the pomfret while squeezing with lime juice and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes, then fry until the fish is golden brown, then drain and lift.<br \/>\n2. Heat the oil again to saute the spices, lemongrass and bay leaves until fragrant. Then pour water, sugar, and salt. Cook until the sauce thickens.<br \/>\n3. Add whole shallots and whole chili which has also been sliced. Mix well.<br \/>\n4. Enter the fried pomfret, then mix well until the fish is coated with spicy spices.<br \/>\n5.
