HOSPITOLOGY 2025: Exploring the World of Hospitality
The Hospitology 2025 event brought together creativity, passion, and professionalism in one exciting celebration of the hospitality industry. Organized by the Hotel Management Program, in collaboration with HOME and HIMPAR, this event took place on October 14th, 2025, at Atrium 1, BINUS Anggrek.
The event featured several engaging activities, including the Internship and Job Expo, Mocktail Workshop by UBM Students, Live Cooking Demonstration by Japfa Food, and an inspiring Alumni Talkshow. Each segment provided students with valuable insights into the dynamic world of hospitality.
One of the main highlights was the Live Cooking Demonstration led by the renowned Chef Rezka Arambana from Japfa Food, representing some of Jakarta’s most prestigious hotels — such as Ritz-Carlton, Le Méridien, Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, JW Marriott, St. Regis, Keraton at The Plaza, DoubleTree by Hilton, Swissôtel Jakarta, Holiday Inn, InterContinental, Mangkuluhur, Artotel, Swiss-Belhotel, Zest, Kimaya, MaxOne, and Dafam.
The Mocktail Workshop, presented by talented UBM students, also attracted great enthusiasm. Students from SMKN 32 were specially invited to join and observe the sessions, gaining first-hand experience in the art of beverage presentation.
This event was guided by Dr. Tiurida Lily Anita, S.ST.Par., M.M. and Dr. Aditya Nova Putra, S.E., M.Par., whose continuous support and leadership ensured the success of Hospitology 2025.
Under the leadership of Bernike Mulyadi Magdalena as the Chairperson, the Hospitology committee worked hand-in-hand to create an inspiring and educational experience for all participants. The event not only celebrated hospitality as a field of study but also highlighted the importance of teamwork, creativity, and professionalism in shaping future hospitality leaders.
