Spicy Pomfret Fish

Ingredients :
– 2 pomfret (cut into 2)
– 1 tablespoon of lime juice
– 1 bay leaf
– 2 large red chilli (sliced)
– 1 lemongrass
– 250cc water
– 8 red onions, peeled and left intact
– 15 cayenne pepper left intact
– 2 tsp salt
– Enough oil to saute and fry
Smoothed ingredients:
– 1 cm of ginger
– 1 cm galangal
– 4 pecan nuts
– Salt and sugar
Steps for making:
1. Smear the pomfret while squeezing with lime juice and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes, then fry until the fish is golden brown, then drain and lift.
2. Heat the oil again to saute the spices, lemongrass and bay leaves until fragrant. Then pour water, sugar, and salt. Cook until the sauce thickens.
3. Add whole shallots and whole chili which has also been sliced. Mix well.
4. Enter the fried pomfret, then mix well until the fish is coated with spicy spices.
5. Spicy pomfret is ready to be served.
