Welcome to the life of a Computer Science student.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kalimat\u00a0 ini\u00a0 mungkin sudah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">relate<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> banget sama anak Computer Science, apalagi yang sering dibilang jago ngoding. Tapi dibalik itu semua, ada sisi yang jarang banget dibahas: burnout.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Kenapa Burnout Sering Terjadi?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Banyak artikel populer yang menyatakan bahwa mahasiswa Computer science itu rentan <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">burnout<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Alasan terjadinya ada beberapa<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coding membutuhkan konsentrasi tinggi.<br \/>\nMenuliskan kode melibatkan logika, pemecahan masalah, dan konsentrasi penuh. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Error<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> kecil aja mungkin menghabiskan berjam-jam untuk <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">debugging, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">yang secara mental sangat menguras energi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gaya hidup <em>sedentary<\/em> \/ kurang aktif<br \/>\nDuduk berjam-jam didepan komputer atau laptop bisa membuat tubuh cepat lelah. Lama-lama, ini dapat memicu kebiasaan buruk lain, seperti kurang olahraga, <em>snacking <\/em>berlebihan, pola tidur yang berantakan, dan lainnya.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Trial-and-Error<\/em> yang melelahkan<br \/>\n<em>Coding <\/em>sendiri mirip seperti percobaan yang sering gagal. Karena hal ini, otak bisa mengasosiasikan \u201cngoding\u201d dengan perasaan gagal, membuat motivasi cepat menurun.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salah satu alasan utamanya adalah karena <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">coding<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> itu sangat membutuhkan penalaran dan konsentrasi. Ini sendiri aja bisa menguras mental banget. Belum lagi kalau ada error, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>debugging<\/em> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">bisa makan waktu berjam-jam.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Gimana Cara Menghindarinya?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk menghindari <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>burnout<\/em> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">sepenuhnya memanglah sulit, namun kita menguranginya dengan beberapa cara sederhana:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Atur waktu dengan bijak. Memanfaatkan teknik <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Pomodoro<\/em> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(25 menit fokus, 5 menit istirahat) bisa menjadi pilihan agar otak tidak terlalu jenuh.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Istirahat dan olahraga. Jalan sebentar, <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">stretching<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, atau sekedar rehat tanpa gadget aja bisa membantu otak menjadi lebih segar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bangun <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>support system<\/em>. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diskusi bareng teman atau komunitas bisa membantu kamu mendapat ilmu baru dan membangun <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">insight<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Ingat, kamu tidak sendirian di siklus <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">error-deadline<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ini.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cari aktivitas lain diluar <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">coding<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Melakukan hal-hal diluar coding, seperti Seminar, Workshop, atau hobi baru juga bisa memberi inspirasi baru.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Life of a Computer Science<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">student<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> pasti tidak akan jauh dari <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">error<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">deadline<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, dan <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">code<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang tidak sempurna. Namun, <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">burnout<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> bukanlah sesuatu yang bisa dianggap normal.
