But, at this Seminary, something is a little different than before, and that is because the seminar is in the shape of a pre-recorded seminar similar to a recorded podcast instead of a live seminar. The seminar was recorded back on July 9, 2022, and the recording was premiered in the form of a video on August 2, 2022, on the YouTube platform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This Seminary\u2019s topic is \u201cBreaking Into The Tech Industry\u201d and this topic was chosen because tech is one of the most in-demand industries. It is considered as an industry open to non-traditional education, so high-paying jobs are accessible to people of all economic and educational backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hosted by notable Binusian Gardyan Akbar, our debut podcast is joined by a distinguished guest who is a tech professional and Jakarta Smart City\u2019s Head of Data Analytics, Mr. Juan Kanggrawan. Before becoming a tech professional, Mr. Juan received education from many universities until getting a bachelor&#8217;s and master&#8217;s degree in technology. Aside from being a technology expert, Mr. Juan also learned about public policy so that he can ensure what he is going to do in the future will have a direct impact on the government sector, public sector, and also society. Mr. Juan then shared his expertise on technology-related topics, especially on the tech industry and what it takes to pivot into this in-demand field. Mr. Juan also talks about the importance of how to invest in the soft skills that make a crucial difference for a successful and lifelong career in tech.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From the podcast, Mr. Juan has shared his experiences in technology in many sectors and industries.
