Alat-alat ini penting untuk dikuasai karena banyak proses pengolahan data yang sulit dilakukan secara manual. Contohnya adalah visualisasi data, prediksi berbasis data, dan persiapan data, terutama jika berhadapan dengan data dalam jumlah besar. Berikut beberapa <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tools<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> yang digunakan dalam <em>data analysis.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"react-pdf__Page css-883\" style=\"text-align: justify\" data-page-number=\"1\">\n<div class=\"react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer\" data-main-rotation=\"0\"><span id=\"p3R_mc3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>1. Python <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>merupakan bahasa pemrograman yang<\/span><\/span> <em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">high<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">level,<\/span><\/em> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>dimana python mampu mengolah<\/span><\/span> <em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">big <\/span><\/em><em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">data<\/span><\/em> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>dengan beberapa<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>library<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>yang ada di dalam python. R juga dapat memecahkan masalah yang kompleks <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>dari sebuah<\/span><\/span> <em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">big data<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>, dan juga dapat digunakan untuk pemodelan<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span><em>machine learning<\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer\" data-main-rotation=\"0\"><span id=\"p3R_mc11\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>4.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span id=\"p3R_mc12\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>SQL<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer\" data-main-rotation=\"0\"><span id=\"p3R_mc13\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>SQL (Structured Query Languange) adalah bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>memanipulasi dan mengolah database. SQL memiliki fitur yang hampir mirip dengan <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>excel,<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>tapi lebih efisien dalam mengolah<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span><em>big data<\/em>.<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>Namun SQL kurang cocok untuk <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>digunakan analisis yang sifatnya dasar, karena memiliki kode yang cukup rumit.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer\" data-main-rotation=\"0\"><span id=\"p3R_mc14\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>5.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span id=\"p3R_mc15\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>Tableau<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer\" data-main-rotation=\"0\"><span id=\"p3R_mc16\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>Tableau<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>merupakan alat yang sering digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>data atau <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>membuat grafik data yang menarik dengan dashboard interaktif,<\/span><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>dan cocok untuk <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>pemula karena tidak memerlukan coding. Selain cocok untuk pemula, hasil visualisasi tableau juga memiliki tampilan yang lebih mudah dipahami oleh orang awam. Tableau sering kali digunakan dalam analisis bisnis untuk membuat laporan dan presentasi data.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div data-main-rotation=\"0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">6. Analisis yang dihasilkan juga memiliki berbagai macam jenis output yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian tersebut. SPSS menggunakan berbagai tes dan jenis regresi untuk mengakomodasi semua jenis data dan situasi.
