The program covered five core topics: Leadership, Project Management, Vision-Mission Alignment, Personal Branding, and Motivation &amp; Purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/06\/IMG_4302.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2627\" src=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/06\/IMG_4302.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4032\" height=\"3024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">The event took place on Saturday, June 6, beginning at 9 AM with opening remarks from the Student Organization Advisor, Miss Jessica. After the opening, junior activists were given their official HIMSI Card IDs, marking their last obtainment of HIMSI\u2019s attributes. Soon after the ID card distribution, the Board of Management delivered the prepared presentations covering the five materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/06\/IMG_4296.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2616\" src=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/06\/IMG_4296.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5712\" height=\"4284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the afternoon, participants were given a break. Following the break, a case-study session was conducted. Activists were assigned a scenario focused on regeneration, specifically about how they would perform as part of DPI or Coordinator within HIMSI, and instructed to prepare and present how they will manage. Each participant presented their case study one by one, after which the Board of Management provided constructive feedback and input. As a token of appreciation, donuts were distributed to participants after each presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/06\/IMG_4307.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2620\" src=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/06\/IMG_4307.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5712\" height=\"4284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">At the end of the day, the Board of Management provided final remarks, completed documentation of attendance and materials, and recorded participants\u2019 feedback for future improvements.
