This year, HIMSCON was conducted in the form of webinar and held for three days long, starting from June 26 until June 28. HIMSCON 2024 took the theme \u201cAmplify Your Personal Brand: Building Confidence for Career Advancement\u201d and invited three speakers. Each of them provided three different subtopics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For the first day, we invited Kak Ignatius Sherdy Tanzarez or usually called as Kak Igna. He delivered the topic \u201cConfidence in Public Speaking\u201d. He gives us many tips and tricks on how to perform public speaking and how to be confident while performing it. The topic delivered by Kak Igna sparked high curiosity from many participants by looking at the Q&amp;A session, many participants asked many questions to Kak Igna about the material given and how to apply it while speaking in front of many people. For the second day, we invited Kak Esra Tambunan. She delivered the topic \u201cSocial Media Branding\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The day 2 session was enjoyable because the thought-sharing session using the <em>Padlet<\/em> application made the session very interactive. By conducting the thought-sharing session, we got many wonderful insights about social media branding from the participants.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2024\/06\/HIMSCON-day-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2290\" src=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2024\/06\/HIMSCON-day-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1022\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On the third or last day of HIMSCON, we invited our lecturer from the BINUS English Department Ms. Udiana Puspa Dewi. She delivered the topic \u201cHow to Set &amp; Achieve Goals\u201d. On the third day, we delve into Ms. Udiana\u2019s life story and journey.
