Escape the Ordinary, Enter the Extraordinary<\/strong><\/p>\n

The excitement of starting a new chapter never fades, and at BINUS University, it continues through one of HIMME\u2019s signature annual programs, the Program Keakraban Prestasi Mahasiswa (PKPM). More than just a welcoming event, PKPM creates a space where new students can connect, gain valuable insights, and experience the spirit of the BINUS Business School community from the very beginning.<\/p>\n

This year, PKPM XXVI took place on September 17, 2026, at the BINUS Alam Sutera Sports Hall, carrying the theme \u201cHIMMEALTERA\u201d with the tagline \u201cEscape the Ordinary, Enter the Extraordinary.\u201d Inspired by the idea of entering a new era, HIMMEALTERA represents the transition from high school to university life, inviting BBS B30 students to step beyond the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary experiences that await them.<\/p>\n

The event began with an opening ceremony that officially welcomed BBS B30 students into their new university journey. The excitement continued with an inspiring talk show featuring Sarwah Syakirah Marsuki and Nabila Putri Sulistyo, moderated by Serafin Ernesta Putri Anggari. Through meaningful insights, personal experiences, and engaging discussions, the session encouraged participants to embrace their new environment, explore their potential, and navigate university life with confidence.<\/p>\n

The event continued with All About HIMME, introducing participants to HIMME\u2019s structure, departments, activities, and various opportunities for student involvement. More than simply an introduction to the organization, the session gave B30 students an opportunity to understand the community they are now part of and discover ways to learn, connect, and grow throughout their university journey. Alongside the insightful sessions, various interactive activities and games brought participants together and created opportunities to meet new people. The lively atmosphere allowed B30 students to bond with one another while creating their first shared memories as part of the BINUS Business School community.<\/p>\n

As the afternoon transitioned into the evening, the atmosphere grew even more energetic with a series of performances prepared for the participants. Stamanara brought the stage to life with their performance, followed by UKM BAND BINUS, whose music added to the excitement throughout the venue. The celebration continued with a DJ performance, bringing everyone together through music and creating an energetic atmosphere that carried the event into its finale.<\/p>\n

But beyond the excitement, performances, and activities, PKPM XXVI carried a deeper purpose. Through HIMMEALTERA, HIMME created a space for BBS B30 students to step outside their comfort zones, build new connections, discover the HIMME community, and gain meaningful experiences as they began their university journey.<\/p>\n

At its core, PKPM XXVI HIMMEALTERA was a celebration of new beginnings. It reminded every Alterans that university life is not simply about entering a new academic environment, but also about discovering new possibilities, building meaningful relationships, and creating extraordinary experiences along the way.
