Participants were given the opportunity to explore BCA\u2019s history, internal operations, company culture, and digital transformation strategies directly from industry professionals<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3387\" src=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/himme\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2025\/07\/20250708_112825.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2267\" height=\"1916\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The agenda included a comprehensive company tour, expert-led seminars on banking innovation and digital services, and an interactive Q&amp;A session where students could engage with BCA representatives about current trends in the banking industry, corporate leadership, and internship opportunities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">More than a routine visit, Company Visit HIMME x BCA served as a transformative platform for future business leaders to understand the evolving landscape of Indonesia\u2019s financial sector. Through this program, participants gained not only insights into professional work ethics and innovation in service delivery but also inspiration to elevate their own capabilities and ambitions.
