HIMMETALK, the annual seminar, was held again in collaboration with BCA. With the main theme <\/span>“Unleash Personal Brand: Stand Out in a Competitive World”<\/b><\/em>, this event was held on Thursday, 24 October 2024 at the BINUS JWC Senayan Auditorium and via Zoom Meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Rendy Alimudin, Vice President of Digital Marketing Communication at BCA<\/b><\/em>, was the main speaker who provided in-depth insight into the importance of personal branding in the digital era.<\/span><\/p>\n

The interactive question and answer session allows participants to discuss directly with Rendy. Questions about strategies for building a personal brand, how to determine appropriate personal branding, and tips for facing challenges in the modern world of work.<\/span><\/p>\n

HIMMETALK 2024 is not just a seminar. <\/span>Veigy, from the Human Capital Management Team at BCA,<\/b><\/em> gave an interesting sharing session on <\/span>“How BCA Enables You to Grow”<\/em>. <\/i><\/b>Through this session, participants learned about personal and career development opportunities that can be achieved at BCA.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a form of appreciation for the participant’s enthusiasm, the committee held an awarding session for the three best questions namely Nathanael Pozha, Giandra Shaka Naufal, and Maulana Hafizurlian.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event closed with the presentation of a plaque to Rendy Alimudin as a sign of gratitude for his contribution to HIMMETALK 2024. The success of HIMMETALK 2024 cannot be separated from the good collaboration between HIMMETALK and BCA.<\/span><\/p>\n
