The Business and Management Student Association of Bina Nusantara University (HIMME BINUS) successfully held an international seminar which consist of one-day conferences with the aim of giving first-hand insight of current business topics from the international perspectives of business practices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

HIMME Festival: International Seminar and Talkshow 2022 (HIMFEST 2022) was live streamed from Menara 165, South Jakarta on October 29th, 2022. The theme of the seminar is \u201cBusiness Agility: The Ability to Survive in Any Situation\u201d where highly international experts such as Founder & CEO of Sprouts Digital Labs Arnold Sebastian Egg; Managing Director of Flash Coffee Maxime Chaury and Agile Coach M. Athar Januar. PMP, PMI-ACP discussed about global topics related to business agility.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was attended by as much as 1500+ participants via zoom meeting\u00a0 that has been very interactive and excited during the event as it isn\u2019t only providing them an exclusive insight from international experienced experts regarding the flexibility in business, but also give them an opportunity to win the prizes and digital courses about business agility.<\/span><\/p>\n

HIMFEST 2022 begin with a seminar from Mr. M. Athar Januar. PMP, PMI-ACP regarding Business Agility which he shares an insight of how his background helps him to become an expert in agility, Indonesia\u2019s culture and history that promotes collaboration to improve agility such as the terms of \u201cGotong Royong\u201d and Sumpah Pemuda, and also the ways for companies to adapt in the changing situation of globalization.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the seminar the talk show session begun, where Mr. Arnold Sebastian Egg; Mr. Maxime Chaury and Lecturer of BINUS Business School Mrs. Ng Scherly H, S.E, MIB as the moderator\u00a0 exchange views on how they implemented business agility within their business to adapt and successfully transform their business to be more agile.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The spectacular experience that impart valuable knowledge from three amazingly distinguished speakers must be an unforgettable and highly beneficial event for the participants as the topics of business agility is indeed establish a tons of necessary improvement, either in an organization or for an individual in view of the fact that in business, the most \u201cadaptable to change\u201d person is more likely to survive than the strongest or the most intelligent ones. In addition, this event assist the participants to develop critical and creative thinking, and also growth mindset which serves the purpose of Binusian Graduate Attributes (BGA) to prepare the participants for future undertakings.<\/span><\/p>\n
